I love Wiersbe's "Be" commentary series for the same reason. They're technically Devotional commentaries and don't have space for personal notes; but i love collecting them and using them for my personal study and book research.

Yeah that’s a good commentary too. Space for notes just seems like a needed thing in every situation 😂
